Deputy Centre Manager required Salary £13.90 per hour
Kew Community Trust’s Avenue Halls are based in the heart of Kew. The Halls consist of five spaces of different sizes and are hired for adult and children’s parties, weddings and other celebrations. They are also ideal for activities, classes or meetings and are available for one-off events or regular hire. The income raised through the hire of the halls contributes to the charitable activities of Kew Community Trust.
We are located at Kew Community Centre, St Luke’s in The Avenue, Kew, in a building that was originally part of a church and is fully accessible. We are completely secular and welcome everyone from across the local community.
Kew Community Trust is seeking to recruit a Deputy Centre Manager to support the Chief Executive and Centre Manager by being the main contact and be responsible for the management of ad hoc / one off hirers as well as supporting the Centre Manager in maintaining the office paper and electronic filing systems. The successful candidate will be required to work 15 hours over 3 days a week. Main qualities required are:
- Friendly out-going personality happy to interact with those looking to hire our Halls
- Knowledge of MS Office packages
- Eye for detail
- Flexible approach to work
- Happy to work as part of a small team
