COVID-19

LATEST UPDATE:

We are pleased to announce that we are gradually re-opening the Centre to the members of the Avenue Club, our regular hirers and people or organisations booking one of our halls for specific events.  We look forward to welcoming everyone back!

We are working within government guidelines to ensure we mitigate risks associated with COVID-19. This means that not all activities will be able to re-start yet and, when taking bookings for the hire of the halls and meeting rooms, we will need to impose restrictions on numbers depending on the type of activity to ensure that social distancing requirements can be adhered to. All hirers will also need to provide a risk assessment, or equivalent, demonstrating how the class or event will be run within the government guidelines for COVID-19.

In the event of a case of suspected COVID-19 in the Centre, we reserve the right to close the Centre at short notice for a minimum period of 72 hours. The Trust shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special loss incurred by the hirer or a third party affected by such a closure.
