A class designed to stretch and strengthen our muscles, increase flexibility and improve that all important balance. We will work at an easy pace on the floor, sitting and standing so please bring a mat along with you.  Ideal for all levels of experience and fitness. We hope to leave you feeling relaxed but energised to enjoy the rest of your day. Please bring your own exercise mat along with you to the class.
