The men’s wellbeing group is taking place online on Zoom while the club is closed. Do feel free to try a session or two to see if it’s for you – it’s very friendly and our men report that they always have fun!
The sessions are interactive, informative and enjoyable. Participation will elevate the quality of your health through the application of various life changing disciplines, including: Applied Pilates, Breathing, Daily lifestyle routines, Felden Kra Krais techniques, Meditation, Relaxation, Sleep, Spinal Release, Tai Chi and Yoga Therapy.

Garry Freer has been working in the area of health and wellbeing for over 25 years and is a yoga and Pilates teacher, lecturer and presenter for health clubs, businesses and business schools.
Trained at LAMDA, he has the experience and insight to inspire, influence and elevate the people he works with at all levels and at all ages.
In his sessions he will include:
• A light-hearted examination of wellbeing, health and longevity
• An elevation of the quality of lifestyle
• An investigation into postural and physical wellbeing
He will cover numerous concepts including meditation, breath work, nutrition, proper exercise, positive outlook and relaxation.
