Caroline’s Meditation class has proved so popular that it is continuing on Zoom. The aim of the class is to help you release stress, support your wellbeing and make you feel more positive through meditation.
From the comfort of your own home, you will relax and enjoy gentle seated stretches while also learning breath control. Caroline will help you to connect with peace and apply techniques to balance your mind, body and spirit.
