Bryan’s Low Impact Aerobics classes are suitable for everyone.
Come along and have lots of fun and exercise. Starting with an aerobic warm up featuring well known songs and 60s/70s disco music, you will then also tone up all those important areas… Legs, Bums and Tums!!! The class will finish with some relaxation and stretching. You will leave the class wanting more, more, MORE and feeling happy!!
Please attend wearing trainers and comfortable clothing for working out.
Bryan is a fully qualified Exercise to Music Fitness Instructor, and a fully qualified and registered ZUMBA Instructor. He has been teaching in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. His warm and infectious personality reaches out to all participants in his classes, and the emphasis is always on making exercise fun and enjoyable.
