We are delighted that Garry is now running 2 Balance & Agility classes – Monday and Fridays. Agility improves flexibility and control which in turn will help the body to maintain proper alignment, posture and balance during movement and prevent injury and falls as well as keeping you mobile, fit and active.
Garry Freer has been working in the area of health and wellbeing for over 25 years He is a yoga and Pilates teacher, lecturer and presenter for health clubs, businesses and business schools.
Trained at LAMDA, he has the experience and insight to inspire, influence and elevate the people he works with at all levels and at all ages.
